Kelly Asked:
i have been working out for a long time now and i have plateau. I am wondering if taking creatine body building is a bad idea since im a post liver transplant patient.. and i have tried almost everything else except for hgh.
Reply:
There is a small but recognised risk of liver dysfunction when taking creatine supplements. It is not 100% guaranteed to help your creatine body building. You are not guaranteed a second liver transplant. You have only one life.
You do your own cost-benefit sums.

Alexander Asked:
ok so i recently started body building and i don’t want to spend 80 dollars on a whey/protein shake. Are there any natural shakes that i can make at home that still body building supplies the same amount of protein and taste better? also is Vietnamese “egg soda” healthy?
Reply:
Hey Alex.
You can make your own as home (I have seen people do it with egg whites, skim milk plus), but it will likely cost just as much or more than buying the powder.

Kenny Asked:
There’s a guy on the Internet who claims to be an amateur bodybuilder, but he looks kind of fat in his photos. He says that the body building photos, magazines present an unrealistic image of bodybuilders, because the guys in the photos and in the competitions often deplete their muscles to a certain point, so that their musculature will be accentuated. Is this at all true, or is it a lie
