Ever wonder this? Obviously anorexia nervosa is a recognized mentaldisorder that can lead to death. But, why isn’textremebodybuilding? You know where men take steroids and looking so unaturally buff and extremely unhealthy. I mean obviously anorexia nervosa and exteme bodybuilding are caused by emotional, biological, and environmental factors. But I just don’t understand why extremebodybuildingisn’tconsidered a mentaldisorder? Is it because you don’t have a chance of dying, unlike anorexia?
Ok, So i’m currently working on losing some body fat, then i’m going to focus on building up my body a little for a more toned look. I’ve changed my diet already to a low fat diet, but I was wondering what is the best way to prepare eggs and keep all of the vitamins and protein. I know Rocky style is probably the best but i don’t think I could handle that lol, plus I don’t want salmonella.
Any other Tips are greatly appreciated!
Oh, I’m 15 5′10 and 134lbs
