You didn't say how old you are and if you could possibly still be growing, so yes, it is possible for you to buff up still. Although I don't recommend it, there are steroids that may help you, but I would not take them without a doctor's advice. Proper diet and exercise are key, to include stretching before beginning a weight lifting program.

Yep. Arrow restraints are worst. Zamperla restraints and Vekoma restraints are also bad. Intamin and B&M restraints are extremely comfortable.

Unless the body builder has some sort of weapon, the tiger will win every time. Tigers don't train and build muscles because they don't have to, they train by chasing and killing animals with their claws and teeth. A tiger usually kills an animal once it is caught in less than 60 seconds by clasping it's jaws around the throat of the animal and suffocating it.
The shoulder press is a great exercise for developing the strength of the shoulders and improving one’s posture.
