As much as I wanted several of these now, I actually chose to not buy steak today b/c I’m going to have it Friday night at my mom’s birthday party. I took the pictures because my dad asked me for a “steak report” so that he could decide which butcher shop he wanted to purchase steaks from. I did buy 2 lb of chorizo and I need to decide what I’m going to do with it. I also bought unseasoned sausage that I’m going to season up for a pizza topping. It took a lot of will power to not add a nice fat ribeye to my order.
My lower body is soooo stiff right now… Damn you LA Fitness!!! *shakes fist*
