I'm tryna get rid of these chicken legs here. I recently started working out and it takes my muscles a long time to heal. So I need something to take in the morning, afternoon and night. Any scrumptious way to make it taste better? So I can make my muscle pop but not pop like that but show when im wearing jeans =].

looks like a diet of chicken breast, tuna, oatmeal, brocoli, collards, water, and protein shakes are in my future for the next 6-8 weeks.
it usually only takes like ten months to a year to do a regular cosmetology program so i would assume it would take you double that.
I strongly dislike protein shakes…buy I refuse to eat breakfast before working out…ughhhh

im not being funny but are you a male or a female – its just hormones affect diffrent genders… ie if a female the protein benifits are that it will make you feel full, be used to tone up the muscles used when worked out and help you to loose body fat. if a male then is used more to gain muscle size due to a higher testosterone level in the body.

It makes no sense to take it after school who u tyrna look fresh for your cat? In the morning, or at night so your fresh in the morning and it saves time
