Natural protein shake for body building supplies and not losing weight?

ok so i recently started body building and i don't want to spend 80 dollars on a whey/protein shake. Are there any natural shakes that i can make at home that still body building supplies the same amount of protein and taste better? also is Vietnamese "egg soda" healthy?

You can make your own as home (I have seen people do it with egg whites, skim milk plus), but it will likely cost just as much or more than buying the powder.
You can buy a decent protein mix though fairly inexpensively. Let me give you 3 options, the third being the cheapest.
One suggestion is to go 2 GNC during the first week of the month (next week for June). If you sign up for a free GNC membership card, everything in the store is 20% off. Pick one of the sales they are having for buy 1, get 1 off (there is almost always one). This way you get the buy 1, get 1 half off, and then they knock 20% off the price on top of that (they combine both discounts). Now you are paying less than 50 dollars for each jug of protein that normally costs 80.
I have also seen protein jugs at GNC that cost 40-60 dollars. Buy them instead with the 20% instead of the "fancier kind."
If those two options are still too much money, head over to Walmart. They have a few options as well when it comes to buying protein, a few of the brand names for around 20-25 bucks for a decent size jug. In fact, you can pick up a jug of EAS SOY PROTEIN there (which should last you about 2 weeks) for around $8.50.

You'll want to get a different power supply. The one that comes with the case is not powerful enough to handle that video card and CPU.
There aren't enough amps on the +12v rail for the video card, at least.
Hi Rick, the whey protein i use has 45g protein per 53g scoop, which works out 85% protein which sounds very good. But on closer inspection I see the ingredients says 65% whey isolate and 33% isolated undenatured micellar casein. Is this a good whey protein?? Thanks.
