Here is a great TA reference book … "The Encyclopedia of Technical Market Indicators" by Robert Colby. I highly recommend it.
1973 World Book encyclopedia. Good shape, very lightly used.
I would guess W’s favorite is Hitler or Stalin

To get big, its all about good nutrition, persistence with your work outs while avoiding injuries, and having time for recovery. He was right, cardio activity depletes carbs out of your body somewhat quickly, then force your system to have a feast on your muscle mass tissues to get the fuel it needs to keep you pursuing the sport- therefore keeping you forever thin (not a bad thing if you ask me). Nutrition is the key! 4-6 hours before doing your cardio eat a low glycemic nutritional bar high in protein contain- it should help you burn the vast majority of your carbs from your body to keep you lean, but recover any muscle tissue you loss if the cardio was too strenuous. You'll learn to gauge how much cardio to keep your ideal size or how much you must feed your body to gain the extra mass.
thanks…i actually learned something!
I hate chris chan so much there isnt enough space to decribe how much I hate him.
2 Reasons..
1 Adam Smith's 'Wealth of Nations' should explain it perfectly as this is the model of economics most western countries are based on..where the unions have too much power this interferes with economic growth leading to high inflation/stagnation because firms become uncompetitive.. example being a US producer of product X has to compete with say an Asian producer of the same product, as the Asian producer has lower labour costs the US firm may go bust..
So when Unionisation means that the workers have too many perks or too good a deal – in the long term this can push up prices/lead to unemployment.
As a smart man Bobby Kennedy would have realised this and wanted to keep the economy healthy adopting a more Hayek approach..
2 Unions were often corrupt (although without them most workers today would not have sick pay, holidays etc etc so in their day they did have a place) with those in charge wielding an enormous amount of power to grind companies/countries to a halt.. no economy can work being held to ransom like this.
