I find the best thing you can do to get better results is to eat smaller meals about every 3hrs. There is a simple reason for this and it has to do with the flow of nutrients. Your body repairs muscle tissue all day long and eating three meals a day leaves a significant amount of time where the body is unable to repair properly. By eating more often, your body is always in the position to build muscle.
You're going to need to have more sleep. Most people are only getting about 5-6hrs a night and that just doesn't cut it for this sport. When you're at the gym you're effectively destroying parts of your body so they'll grow back bigger. Most of this rebuilding occurs while you sleep, so if you're not getting a full 9hrs, than your results will suffer.
