There's a lot of place that allow you to do this for free, so take advantage of that. If you set up your own website, be sure to register with all of the major search engines so your website can be found.

They can not only be great motivation for you to keep up with your workout goals, but they can also serve to be models of what you want to achieve. Print out those pictures of female body builders and post them where you can see them every day. Then proceed with your body building program and watch your dreams become a reality!

Technically, bodybuilders wouldn't be considered envious. Envy is when you see something someone else has, and hate them because you don't have it as well. If you see people that are bodybuilders, and you dislike them because secretly you want to be like them, that would be considered envy.
A bodybuilder could be guilty of vanity, which is when you are excessively proud about your appearance. I would agree that most bodybuilders could be considered vain in one way or another.

The question is really impossible to answer, there are too many personal factors that go into lifting and track.
However, I will provide some tips for your training.
For any body part; if you want to increase your weight, you need to increase the amount you lift, and decrease the reps you do. If I were in your position, For bench I would start my routine with 2 sets of 6 reps with 165, then 2 sets of 5 reps with 175, then a burnout set with 185. Next, the back. First of all, a one handed pull-up is almost totally different for your back muscle to execute when compared with a traditional pull-up. Having said that; if you have the appropriate pull-down machine at your gym, start doing that one handed. Also, if you can get off 20 normal pull-ups, you should start hooking a 50 lb dumb-bell in your feet and doing around 8 reps instead of 20. As for the running. there is no way to tell how long that will take.
Make sure to take breaks, every 3 months of lifting/track needs to have at least 5 days total rest.

I wouldn't suggest changing days, only your concentrated muscle exercises for those days. Besides the fact that you need 48 hours to recover, working two or more major muscles in the same day leads to unrealized potential. Major muscles, such as your chest, need their own day to take on the needed proteins you take in in a day by itself, instead of sharing that daily intake with, say your back muscles.
