can you take sytha-6 before a workout and before bed just wondering because one guy on another video said it could stop your heart and is the vanilla flavor good?
On what basis did he say that it can affect ur heart? thing with BSN proteins is they have a protein blend of fast and slow digesting proteins, before bed i will usually have BSN lean dessert releases protein over a period of hours more so than the other proteins form BSN
The chocolate pb syntha 6 is really good. i take it with milk b/c im trying to gain a little weight, but i think im gonna try true mass.my current stack is syntha 6, cell mass, nitrix, no xplode, lean dessert, and atro phex.and id love to see a review for axis-HT, im pretty curious about it.
Axis HT wow that stuff is good been takin it for a while, noticed a big increase in the bedroom department there was a LOT more of summit than ther used to be (without goin into detail) lol. muscle gaining potential also increased so i find it a good product
how u doing mate,whats your view on maxi mucsle protien shake cos im taking the maxi muscle would u recommend sticking with it
hmmm maximuscle i used to take the progain but to be honest its hardly a gainer shake with only 400 or so calores, less calories means more servings means more cost, i guess it is better to spread the calories out but i dunno i think speaking from personal results i dont really like it!
i was trying to decide between syntha 6 and true mass, but i went for true mass because it helps u build muscle alot better, i just started working out and i hope that really helps me, im 16.btw u have an amazing body dude, congrats on that, trying to be like u someday. lol

Yo tru mass vanella ice cream is the best shake i ever had on any whey protien. Before I started using this product for the first time in one week my results and my arms where getting ripped. Yes this the best whey out there. I used muscle milk, body fortress and other ones no of them werent good this product is better if your trying to get big mucles or cuts.
-Actually the syntha has a better profile in the RTD. 95% of the protein with only 70% of the calories.

Yeah, you can take it with milk. It is actually a great idea to combine whey protein with pure milk protein. Good luck in the gym! Try getting a pure whey product minus the fillers and additives!
