If you are like me, you probably said a thousand times "I'm going to start to start a muscle building program". So you went to the local gym and for four months or so you worked out everyday in a muscle building program until eventually you start felling bored, your muscle building program consumes precious hours of your day and you eat 6-9 meals a day - not to mention looking at steroids with good eyes. First, Emerson and Thoreau came much later than the American Revolution.

There were two main philosophies: strong central goverment or a weaker central government. Interestingly, the modern Republican and Democratic parties can trace their heritage to Jefferson's and Hamilton's views on this.
Don't know quite what you mean about "American Dream," but it was Jefferson who rewrote John Locke's key phrase of "pursuit of life, liberty and property" into "life, liberty and happiness." And that's the phrase that most people associate with the "American Dream."

if i do this with more reps & a little bit bigger weights do u think it will help my arms get muscles ??
I do alot of weights and resistance training…mainly abs…. I do cardio but not intense running – alternating 1 hr dance class and the next day just 10-15.

yea plus he’s only 15 which i wouldn’t believe, im only 17 and for me anything over like 20Kg on dumbbells strains me and ill start shaking and he does 42.5Kg+ 2 times a day, i think he’s been watching too many movies
