I go to the gym and I have never seen it around.
I would be very careful if I were you.
Themusclehead is simply an ebook detailing a basic body building program.
Everything contained within the ebook is readily available on the Internet for free.
Most body building review web sites make money from reviewing (promoting) products, if you read a review on a product & click the link or advert to buy the item, the review website gets a commission, sometimes as much as 75% of the value of the item. So always be wary of their reviews, I find that they are generally more positive about products with high commissions!
Something I have used in the past to work out a fitness routine is the online work out generator from Mens Health Magazine.

Real Canadian Poutine Recipe
This traditional Canadian dish is DELICIOUS. It is better with cheese curds but you can use regular shredded mozzarella cheese if curds aren't available in your area. For something a little different use spaghetti sauce instead of gravy. Recipe calls for canned gravy but homemade leftover gravy is SO MUCH better.
4 servings
25 min 5 min prep
1 quart vegetable oil (for frying)
1 (10 1/4 ounce) can beef gravy
5 medium potatoes, cut into fries
2 cups cheese curds
Heat oil in a deep fryer or deep heavy skillet to 365 degrees F (185 degrees C).
Warm gravy in saucepan or microwave.
Place the fries into the hot oil, and cook until light brown, about 5 minutes.
Remove to a paper towel lined plate to drain.
Place the fries on a serving platter, and sprinkle the cheese over them.
Ladle gravy over the fries and cheese, and serve immediately.

Italian Poutine
This is a nice change from regular poutine in that it uses marinara sauce in place of the beef gravy. Not sure if it could ever beat the original, but I like it for a variation once and awhile. Be sure to use real cheese curds or it is just not a poutine. I

Fox News persists on covering news others don’t. It seems the “not really a news outlet” has uncovered a major scam by the Vast Leftwing Conspiracy: A seemingly grassroots organization that’s mounted an online campaign to counter the tea party movement is actually the front end of an elaborate scheme that funnels funds — including sizable labor [...]
they are amazing!!:D
Wow, interesting question! I'm surprised no one else has answered. I'll answer honestly. When I was younger, I was more well-rounded than I am today. I was never purely single-minded, except when it came to a certain lost cause. Today I would consider myself to be somewhat well-rounded and a little apathetic. I don't read as much as I used to (partly due to the thing I'm on now, the Internet) but I still enjoy reading and can put together a coherent sentence (most of the time). I do workout almost every day, but not obsessed with it. I have enough work to keep me busy but am not even close to being a workaholic anymore. Sometimes I prefer to stay in familiar surroundings more than I used to, and I don't watch as much TV as I used to, but am on the computer more. I find the older I get, the less I care about some things and other things I care more about.
You didn't expect a simple answer from me, did you?!? ; P
