If your already skinny, like what mr angry said more protein. In a lot of other peoples cases it's just a matter of less body fat %, but that might not be the case with you.

you mite have an acute form of scoliosis its wen the spine starts to curve into an s form. usually its from bad posture but working out is actually good for helping with this. i suggest you go to a doctor to make sure. it doesnt look too bad and can prolly be fixed much easier than mine. if your going to work out i suggest that you do rows, reverse butterflys, and pulls downs and pulls ups. thats what my physical therapist makes me do for my scoliosis. it helps to straighten out the spine. but seriously go to the doctor first.
